Terms and Conditions

1. That the disclaimer and copyright statement have been read and and accepted. (See below).

2. No entry can be accepted for this site if it is likely to cause offence, or contains illegal content. Any such entry which has been inadvertently entered onto this site, will, on discovery of such, be immediately removed. Any monies accepted for the same will be refunded less any expenses incurred.

3. Full payment is required in advance and no work will commence until any cheques etc. have cleared.

4. The subscrition period is for one full year, commencing from the first of the month AFTER the entry has been loaded onto the site.

5. Gordon Bennett! Web Services will send reminders to subscribers before the renewal date. However, it is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that subscription renewals are received by Gordon Bennett! Web Services on time, to ensure a continuation of listing.

6. Listings should take place within 28 days of the clearance of any monies received. If however, due to unforseen circumstances, this time period cannot be met, subscribers will be contacted to notify them of the situation. A full refund will be given if requested, or a discount or extended subscription term may be offered as an alternative.
